The Billings Family grows, harvests and processes the highest quality California almonds on the global market. Through vertical integration, we are able to control every step in the process from planting the orchard to the customer’s delight. Our family-owned hulling, shelling and processing plant, Pacific Almond, is one of the few facilities in the industry that has been independently audited by the American Institute of Baking and HACCP program.
We also work closely with a handful of outside growers. These are neighbors and longtime family friends whose methods we trust and values reflect our own.
The Billings Family has been involved in agriculture in the San Joaquin Valley of California since 1913. We are expanding our orchards, planting delicious new almond varieties. We continue to improve our processing facility with state-of-the-art machinery, employee training, and S.P.C. refinements.
